If your gay uninstallation program does not clean up the service that it installed, in other words, if you have a service in the “Services” that is not related to any program and you want to delete it use the tool called instsrv.exe coming with the Windows Resource Kit.
usage is: instsrv “Service name” remove
As usual instsrv /? gives you the options you need…
